Before you write
- Where is my order? Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivery takes 7–15 business days after that. Occasionally an order takes a few days longer to dispatch, for example when a newly listed item needs restocking — if that happens to your order, we will email you rather than leave you guessing. You will get a tracking link as soon as it ships; check your spam folder if you have not seen it.
- Sizing. Where a product comes in sizes, they are listed on its product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us your usual size and we will advise.
- Returns. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
- Damaged or wrong item. Send a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
