Shipping
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your destination, so most orders arrive within 8–18 business days of ordering. Shipping is $4.95 on US orders (free on orders of $60 or more) and $14.99 on international orders, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Occasionally an order takes a few days longer to dispatch than usual, most often when a newly listed item needs restocking at our supplier. If your order is affected, we will email you rather than leave you wondering. We would rather tell you than have you refresh a tracking page.
You will receive an email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. If you have not seen it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
If something is out of stock
We work with a small number of suppliers, and very occasionally a piece sells out between your order and our restock. If that happens we will contact you within 2 business days with the choice of waiting, swapping for something else, or a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will never simply be left waiting on an order that is not coming.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help put it right.
To be eligible for a return, items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please do not send anything back before contacting us — we will confirm the correct return address and next steps first.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, get in touch within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days for the funds to appear.
